Mid-Level Edi B2B Support Analyst

Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, suppliers, and Bosch plants, ensuring support and stability of EDI processes. Provide technical support, perform testing, monitor integrations, and manage Trading Partners. Create and maintain documentation, procedures, training materials, and guidelines related to EDI processes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification. Advanced English proficiency is required. Hands-on experience providing EDI support, including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting system issues. Experience in Trading Partner management, including partner setup, configuration, integration, and maintenance.
