What You'll Do
Lead strategic integration projects, ensuring alignment between the Group and its companies through project management and organizational transformation. Design and implement integration strategies related to organization, processes, and governance models. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating change management initiatives and identifying efficiency opportunities using data and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Over 8 years of professional experience, with more than 4 years in project management and organizational transformation. Advanced English (C1) and native or expert Spanish required.
What We Offer
The position is based in Bogotá and requires availability to travel and work with teams across different geographies and companies within the Group.
