Provide excellent support experience to users and partners in Spanish through chat and email via Zendesk. Collect, organize, and report feedback, data, and suggestions from user interactions to improve user experience, the app, and processes. Master the Wellhub app to assist users and partners effectively.

Fluent or native Spanish is mandatory. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Reside in São Paulo and available to go to the office when requested. Enjoy teamwork and learning new things, with a sense of urgency in problem resolution.
