Develop and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage active and passive talent. Participate in recruiting activities and contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects. Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. Support offer negotiations and help drive the hiring process through completion.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields and minimum 1 year of previous related Talent Acquisition experience. Experience using Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ability to read, understand, write, and communicate effectively in English.
