Core Responsibilities

This role focuses on driving measurable customer value, retention, and growth through product adoption, proactive problem-solving, and partnership with sales for a portfolio of Mid Market customers in North America. Responsibilities include leading onboarding, conducting strategic reviews like EBRs, identifying growth opportunities, and managing customer issue resolution.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS/digital agency role, demonstrating proven ability to influence retention and growth outcomes. Essential knowledge includes experience with attribution, data, digital advertising, mobile attribution tools, SDKs, and APIs, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.
