Talent Acquisition Analyst – Fixed-Term Contract

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Engage closely with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies that align with global business goals. Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps.

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, managing the end-to-end process. Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes.

This role will work full-time on a fixed-term contract/contractor basis for at least 6 months.
