The specialist will own the growth engine for the insurance agent and broker channel by building and running campaigns for agent recruitment, activation, and re-engagement using paid media, personalized outreach, and email sequences. Key tasks include managing paid media budgets, creating agent enablement content, managing tradeshow follow-up, and owning funnel analytics reporting.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3 to 6 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, specifically managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns and building automated email sequences using platforms like Brevo. Proficiency in using AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for daily tasks and strong analytical skills for tracking funnel metrics are required.
