The role involves leading and managing strategic business training programs, including design, planning, implementation, and follow-up of the Annual Training Plan. This includes leading learning needs assessments and managing all phases of the performance management process on the corporate platform.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in advanced Excel and intermediate English is required, with intermediate Power BI skills being desirable.
