Act as a leader for Gov. Celso Ramos and the region in Talent Acquisition and develop the local TA team, ensuring alignment of local strategies with regional TA guidelines. Plan, structure, and execute hiring plans for the region, considering sourcing zones, shift needs, and profiles. Consolidate and analyze recruitment data to ensure governance, quality, and productivity in talent acquisition processes.

Bachelor's degree required. Solid experience in high-volume Recruitment and Selection, preferably in e-Commerce, Logistics, Industry, or Retail. Experience in leading recruitment teams and managing hiring plans in expansion contexts. Knowledge of data analysis and report creation using tools like Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI, or similar.
