Contact and attract preferred clients through phone calls, promoting and advising on banking products and services. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with personalized service. Update and maintain client records and manage the recovery of contracted credits.

Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas preferred. Experience in outbound contact center sales and as a personal banker in the financial sector is desirable. Proficiency in computer use, digital tools, and Office software, especially Excel.
