Client Success Manager

Provide strategic oversight during the entire client journey, including implementation, optimization, growth, and renewal. Partner with your Account Executive to deliver quarterly business reviews to align on business priorities and product usage. Build and maintain a high level of client happiness by diagnosing business operations and prescribing appropriate solutions.

8+ years of experience in a client-facing role or 5 years with an MBA. Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $69,000 - $107,000 (base salary) plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
