Abogado Corporativo

Work autonomously and proactively on contractual law, specialized services, corporate secretariat, regulatory compliance, and daily advisory to internal clients. Conduct legal analyses, develop recommendations for various company areas, and implement legal strategies focusing on contractual law and corporate secretariat. Manage external relationships with advisors and law firms as needed, and provide training to assigned internal clients.

Bachelor's degree in law (completed). Advanced English proficiency. Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts in both English and Spanish. Experience in corporate secretariat and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
