Support a cohort of students through their learning journey by managing onboarding, engagement, and community building. Proactively resolve student issues and maintain comprehensive progress databases to ensure high success rates.

Requirements

Requires at least one year of experience in customer-facing roles and proficiency in both Spanish and English. Candidates must demonstrate strong ownership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage up to 150 clients.
