Shift Supervisor

Ensure the correct operation of the store during the shift, maintaining high quality standards. Coordinate the team and their tasks, assigning resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity. Monitor team performance and support the Store Manager in compliance with store administrative processes.

Experience in similar positions leading work teams. Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
