Core Responsibilities

Develop and lead the Platform team focusing on ServiceNow, Observability, and Automation. Position ServiceNow as the central operations platform, integrating it with observability and automation to support corporate processes. Structure and consolidate an integrated operations vision, connecting flows, data, and governance. Evolve the monitoring and observability model towards a customer experience-oriented approach and reduce manual activities through workflow and runbook automation.

Requirements

Solid experience with ServiceNow (ITSM and/or ITOM). Technical knowledge in ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, AppEngine (workflows and process orchestration). Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
