Staff Engineer (Java)
dLocalCore Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of reliable Java microservices for finance core and reconciliation. Define and enforce engineering standards, acting as the technical bar-raiser for the group. Drive automation to reduce manual reviews and errors, continuously optimizing workflows. Mentor teammates via code/design reviews and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in software development with Java SE and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot. Experience working with microservice architectures and good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS or GCP. Advanced English is mandatory.
