Supervisión de Planeación

Identify and validate optimization opportunities for the LH network, managing changes due to openings, relocations, and closures. Lead capacity planning for Peak and Off-Peak scenarios, coordinating execution with S&OP, Procurement, and Ecosystem. Ensure operational adherence to the official network, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective actions while consolidating dashboards and KPIs.

Experience in network planning, transportation, or Line Haul in logistics or supply chain, ideally leading teams. Advanced data handling skills including SQL, dashboards, and BI tools, with an interest in automation and AI. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, with a background in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
