Gerente Sr - Prática de Observabilidade e AIOps

Define and evolve the corporate strategy for Observability and AIOps, establishing vision, roadmap, and governance. Act as the main technical and executive reference for clients and internal leadership. Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting technical excellence and talent development. Support pre-sales initiatives, technical proposals, and business cases.

Fluent English is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in building and evolving Centers of Excellence (CoE) for Observability and participation in corporate digital transformation initiatives.
