Manage the production activities of the Aggregates industrial units, ensuring compliance with production programs and customer service. Oversee safety management, environmental compliance, and the management of multi-generational teams. Validate annual and long-term mining plans, manage CAPEX, and ensure operational results meet quality and safety standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Mining or related fields. Advanced knowledge in Mining processes, Industrial Maintenance, Cost Management, and Project Management. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
