Lead the regional team of specialists responsible for implementing robotics and innovation projects in Fulfillment and Transport operations in Mexico. Manage the project portfolio by assigning distribution based on complexity and establishing execution metrics. Coordinate relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as the main escalation point. Develop the technical and behavioral competencies of the distributed team and consolidate project status for reporting to regional management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Logistics, or related fields. 6 years of experience in implementing medium to high complexity technological projects. Experience managing high-performance teams and implementing automation technologies such as robotics and autonomous guided vehicles. Proficiency in English and Spanish for negotiation and communication with international stakeholders.
