Inbound Mexico Manager

Lead and manage the operations team within the warehouse to ensure quality shipping for users of our services. Generate KPIs and reports to monitor activities and optimize operations. Identify improvement opportunities in processes and make strategic decisions to enhance user experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 5 years of experience in similar positions, with expertise in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning. Strong leadership experience with large teams and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
