Lead the management, monitoring, and optimization of production processes at the plant based on critical variable control. Support the strategic deployment of CMPC by facilitating the breakdown of objectives and initiatives. Collaborate with other excellence departments to generate synergy and best practices.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in process engineering or operational excellence. Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as BEST. Proven ability to lead cultural transformation initiatives and provide technical coaching.
