Ops Facilitator - Pilot Support Team
FigureCore Responsibilities
Sort, assign, and stage pilot teleoperation kits before each shift. Prepare robots for data collection, including hardware bring-up checks and readiness verification. Track and maintain equipment inventory across shifts. Coordinate with shift leads to ensure all pilots are equipped and ready at start time.
Requirements
Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Able to stand and move for 8+ hours per shift. Reliable, proactive, and composed under time pressure.
