Multifamily Real Estate Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain multifamily real estate financial models and underwriting assumptions. Analyze investment opportunities and support acquisition evaluations. Review and organize due diligence documents. Input and validate property, market, and financial data within existing investment models. Maintain accurate deal files and document management systems. Assist with rent roll, T12, and operating statement reviews. Support transaction workflows and investment reporting. Collaborate with acquisitions and leadership teams to provide timely analysis and model updates. Ensure same-day turnaround on assigned model revisions and analysis requests when required.
Requirements
Qualifications: Experience in multifamily real estate underwriting or real estate financial analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling. Strong understanding of multifamily investment metrics and valuation concepts. Experience reviewing rent rolls, T12s, offering memorandums, and due diligence materials. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable working during EST business hours. Nice-to-Have: Experience with value-add multifamily acquisitions. Background supporting acquisitions teams or real estate investment firms. Familiarity with SharePoint, Dropbox, and document management systems. Experience building or modifying investment models independently. Exposure to institutional or private real estate investment processes.
