Analista de People Analytics Jr

Participate actively in processing, validating, and analyzing databases related to the Recruitment and Selection processes of the B2C team. Support the structuring of analytical models and dashboards that inform decisions on demand, funnel efficiency, and hiring forecasts. Work on data integration between multiple systems, proposing improvements and implementing automated solutions.

Experience with data analysis and handling large volumes of information. Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and basic Python for data processing. Familiarity with database structures, ETL, and indicator construction.

The position offers a flexible work model, varying according to the function, with a preference for in-person interactions. The company emphasizes personal interactions and uses the office to enhance work relationships.
