Core Responsibilities

The main responsibility is to ensure every customer has a unique experience by understanding their needs, offering the best solutions, and being proactive in the enchantment process across physical store, website, and WhatsApp channels. This includes performing consultative sales, mastering all product categories, managing CRM, and handling store operations like opening/closing checklists and merchandise receiving.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in product or service sales, basic proficiency in Google Office (Documents, Sheets, Presentations), and basic computer/technology knowledge. Essential soft skills include being communicative, sales-engaged, self-managed, proactive, and skilled in conflict management, planning, and organization.
