Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions using decision-support tools. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns while building rapport. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and prepare accurate work documentation.

High school diploma required. Advanced English level is necessary. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge are essential. Ability to work flexible shifts and tolerate repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
