Core Responsibilities

Design and execute pricing strategies and cost structures to ensure healthy margins and a competitive value proposition. Manage the incentive budget and develop schemes to drive incremental growth, retention, and engagement of drivers and customers. Identify and propose new logistics and business models, supporting the adoption and deployment of the Logistics App. Lead the analysis of key performance metrics, demand patterns, and marketplace behavior to extract actionable insights.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in logistics, revenue management, or strategic growth, preferably in technology companies, marketplaces, or operations-intensive businesses. Advanced data analysis skills with strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, etc.). Proven ability to translate strategic plans into concrete tactical actions, making data-driven decisions with a strong execution focus.
