Develop and follow up on mortgage collection management strategies using various contact channels. Apply communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to recover mortgage credits based on quality standards. Manage the assigned portfolio effectively, ensuring proper documentation and negotiation follow-up.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or in progress in economic-administrative areas or Social Sciences (Law). 1.5 years of experience in collections, specifically in consumer credit or mortgage collections. Proficient in negotiation and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
