AT&T Sales Support Specialist
AppDirectCore Responsibilities
Provide presales support for new and existing ACC/AT&T opportunities including detailed serviceability research and quoting. Generate accurate contracts and documentation while navigating complex ACC/AT&T terminology and requirements. Submit and track orders through multiple ACC/AT&T provider systems with meticulous attention to detail. Process and resolve billing tickets requiring careful analysis and provider-specific knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred. Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage complex, multi-step processes accurately. Strong analytical skills with ability to learn and apply complex terminology and acronyms. Telecommunications or technology industry experience. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
