Manage a B2B client portfolio in the region. Feed and manage CRM tools to ensure visibility, predictability, and efficiency. Monitor performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Implement farming strategies to boost the productivity of the active base and ensure quality in the customer experience.
Requirements
Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Rio de Janeiro region. Previous experience in negotiation and relationship development with external partners. Ability to nurture and develop partnerships sustainably over time. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) for managing pipeline and contact cadence.
