Implement farming strategies to boost the productivity of the active base and ensure quality in the customer experience.

Requirements

Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Rio de Janeiro region. Previous experience in negotiation and relationship development with external partners. Ability to nurture and develop partnerships sustainably over time. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) for managing pipeline and contact cadence.
