Maintain the regulatory master database and technical product files, particularly for Pharma and CPG. Supervise storage conditions, product segregation, temperature control, and HAZMAT management. Act as a contact point for regulatory authorities and coordinate internal/external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings. Implement and oversee pest control programs, cleaning master plans, and recall policies.

Bachelor's degree in health or biological areas with a professional license. 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality, or operational compliance in regulated industries (Pharmaceutical, Health, Food, or Veterinary). Knowledge of current health regulations and Good Storage and Distribution Practices (BPAD). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and desirable experience with ERP/WMS systems.
