Ensure maximum visual impact and availability on shelves through marketing techniques. Execute and supervise promotional activities and the placement of point-of-purchase materials. Conduct activity reports and provide coaching to distributor salespeople to maximize sales potential.

At least 3 years of experience in sales within the consumer goods industry, managing external distributors in multinational companies. Minimum 3 years of experience in team management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

The position is based in the 5th region (Viña del Mar, Concon, Valparaiso). The company offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a mix of office and field work.
