Lead a team of Verification Risk Operations Associates managing higher-tier support and internal escalations. Drive operational delivery and process improvements while maintaining risk detection strategies. Set clear goals for the team and provide regular performance feedback. Foster a culture of transparency, empathy, and inclusion within the team.
Requirements
At least 5+ years of direct people management experience in a risk or operations function. Strong operational background including new process launches and service delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
