Core Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales cycle, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Clara's client base across the region. Utilize existing relationships among finance and operations leaders to generate high-quality leads. Oversee lead generation, qualification, and closing, ensuring a consistent flow of new partnerships. Understand clients' complex financial needs and deliver tailored solutions via the Clara platform.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in high-growth sales environments, preferably in SaaS or Fintech. Currently based in Brasília with a strong network among finance leaders. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex negotiations independently. Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
