Implement and lead Heavy and Bulky operations alongside teams such as First Mile, Last Mile, Line Haul, Flow, IT, and Reverse Logistics. Organize and manage the team to ensure smooth operations. Monitor key performance indicators like Ops Clock, DOT, OOT, Productivity, Quality, and Inventory. Lead by example and instill the company culture to keep the team engaged and motivated.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience leading teams. Experience in logistics operations is required. Must be available to work on-site in Partido 3 de Febrero and Avellaneda, Buenos Aires.
