Core Responsibilities

Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan focusing on email, push notifications, and in-app messages. Continuously refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to enhance customer experience. Support the CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touch-points, ensuring campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs like Mailchimp or Sendgrid. Proficient in HTML and possess good copywriting skills. Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue and leverage consumer data for relevant marketing insights.
