Core Responsibilities

Analyze lost products within operations to determine causes and generate action plans. Analyze internal detections in operations. Process incident reports from the Physical Security team to integrate them into loss assessments. Prepare investigation reports including evidence, statements, and interviews. Follow up on cases involving collections or withdrawals from sellers or drivers.

Requirements

Experience managing databases and knowledge of Google tools. Familiarity with warehouse processes is desirable. Experience working in dynamic environments and solving problems autonomously. Background in fraud investigations. Availability to work on-site at the Escobar Distribution Center.
