The role involves executing and reviewing weekly and monthly payroll processes for intermittent staff, consolidating incidents, and validating data for payroll calculation. Key duties also include supporting calculations for benefits like gratuity, CTS, profit sharing, and liquidations, as well as handling tax declarations (PLAME and AFP).

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate or certified professional in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, possessing a minimum of 3 years of payroll calculation experience in companies with over 1000 employees. Solid knowledge of labor and tax legislation is indispensable, along with proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Workday.
