What You'll Do
Supervise and ensure the technical and operational quality of contractors executing activities on fixed networks HFC, FTTH, and DTH. Evaluate and audit contractor performance through field supervision and technical coaching. Identify training needs and conduct training on devices and technical standards.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions related to fixed telecommunications networks. Knowledge of HFC, FTTH, and DTH networks, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications services.
