Support the operational cycle of trading and post-trading for XP's proprietary strategies. Ensure the accuracy of operations through daily reconciliations and data validation. Provide support for internal controls with a focus on derivative instruments and proprietary funds.

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Up to 2 years of experience in Middle Office, Backoffice, Reconciliation, or Operational Risk. Advanced knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel.
