Monitor and maintain the automation processes in a production environment, ensuring their availability and proper functioning. Track indicators and telemetry of automated processes, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement. Investigate failures and incidents related to RPAs, supporting root cause analysis and solution implementation.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge in RPA and interest in process automation. Academic or professional experience with process automation. Strong analytical skills and systemic vision for problem identification and resolution.
