What You'll Do
Own the SDK as a product, including public API, semantic versioning, and migration guides. Design and evolve adapter and host contracts for consistent agent behavior across frameworks. Lead multi-agent orchestration patterns and build runtime safety into the SDK. Define the extension model and manage the parity and contract test suite for SDK releases.
What We're Looking For
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above) with autonomy to communicate with international stakeholders. Extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Expert Python skills and hands-on experience building LLM agents with frameworks like Strands Agents or Claude Agent SDK. Strong distributed systems fundamentals and AWS experience.
