Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow. Track and trace Order Management files and ensure timely clearance and delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments. Interact with customers to arrange their international shipments while meeting customer service standards.
Requirements
+5 years related experience and/or training; understanding of ocean documentation process is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish with strong organizational and computer skills. Hazardous Materials certification is preferred.
