Junior Legal Counsel
EvolutionCore Responsibilities
The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts such as leases, supplier agreements, NDAs, and software licenses, while also advising the organization on intellectual property and commercial aspects of transactions. Additionally, the counsel will provide legal advice on labor matters and collaborate with external legal counsel on critical company issues.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 1 to 3 years of experience as a corporate or commercial lawyer, including experience in contract drafting, and hold a Doctorate of Laws or a Legal Degree. A very good command of English is mandatory, along with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
