Responsibilities also include negotiating with all parties, qualifying business opportunities, and managing relationships with staffing partners.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or Human Resources, along with over 3 years of high-volume, full life-cycle IT recruiting experience, including managing senior executives. Essential skills involve strong communication, customer service orientation, planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and the ability to multitask effectively.
