Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS)

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements. Analyze business processes, identify transformation and optimization opportunities, and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle. Drive UAT activities, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, and deployment and post-production support.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions. Strong knowledge of Finance business processes. Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.
