Key duties include ensuring compliance with Peruvian legislation, evaluating current regulations for potential risks, and handling legal consultations for various business areas.
Requirements
Candidates must be licensed and authorized lawyers in Peru with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal areas, law firms, or multinational consumer goods companies. A solid command of corporate, commercial, labor, regulatory, consumer, and data protection law, along with advanced English proficiency, is required.
