The Program Delivery Coordinator supports a country portfolio by providing project management and budgeting coordination, ensuring effective portfolio performance across scope, time, budget, and risk. This role involves liaising across home office, business units, and Country Offices to facilitate communication, track follow-up actions, and manage compliance and reporting quality.

Requirements

Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to self-manage dynamic responsibilities, and proficiency in data interpretation tools like Power BI. Spanish proficiency is required for the Latin America and Caribbean portfolio assignment, along with 2+ years of experience in project management or international development.
