Requirements

Candidates must possess over 3 years of experience in programmatic media buying or performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing direct-response campaigns across CTV, OTT, or digital audio using various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). Strong analytical skills, comfort with data analysis tools like Google Sheets/Excel, and a proactive, self-starting attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced role.
